A career built from the inside out
Success gave Patrick options. Listening gave him direction.
Early in his career, Patrick succeeded in sales, marketing, management and project leadership. At Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, he earned multiple promotions within four years and was entrusted with its number-one sales territory.
From the outside, the path looked right. But Patrick sensed that achievement alone was not the same as alignment. He took a six-month sabbatical, traveled through Costa Rica and created the quiet needed to ask a more honest question: What kind of work and life genuinely fit who I am?
The answer changed the course of his life. Patrick built a speaking and coaching practice devoted to helping others make that same movement—from performing a version of success to becoming more fully themselves.

Patrick is also a writer, painter, real-estate investor and the father of two adult children—his most important role. Each part of his life informs the others.
