Patrick's Business Experience

Patrick has an MBA and 25 years of real world business experience with an emphasis in management, sales, marketing and project management. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and is the current President for the State of Illinois Chapter. The bulk of his career was spent in healthcare management, sales, marketing and project management.

While with Johnson & Johnson, Patrick was promoted into the #1 sales territory out of 300 territories, and the most prestigious medical center in the country. As a project manager for a small healthcare organization he oversaw the opening of 9 medical clinics that averaged $1.5 million per project. This small healthcare company grew from $7 million in revenues to $56 million in five years with Patrick's help. This success motivates others to realize their goals. In 1995, due to his love of public speaking and training, Patrick decided to devote his career full time to coaching, seminars and workshops. In 1996, he founded his own seminar company.

Fun Facts About Patrick

• To make all his work matter even more, Pat lives in Chicago with his wife, Noelle, kids Kayla-8 and Connor-6.
• Planned for and took a six month sabbatical in which he backpacked in Costa Rica and completed over 30 oil paintings.
• A little insight into Pat, when his daughter was asked to describe her Daddy, she said her Daddy was silly. When asked to describe her Mommy, she paused, thought and said, "Mommy is smart!" Pat takes silly very seriously.
• Taught himself to paint and draw at 35 years old and has a studio in his home.
• Went the entire year of his first little league season without a hit.
